What counts as call time?
Call time is the time WhisprIQ is actively listening during a call, from when you click Start call until you click End. Time with suggestions paused or no call running doesn't count.
When does the free trial end?
A card is required to start. Your trial ends when you’ve used your 2 free hours of call time (or after 14 days), whichever comes first. You won’t be charged until then, and you can cancel anytime before you’re charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are month to month (or yearly on Pro), and you can cancel anytime.
Who is responsible for recording disclosure?
You are. Agents must tell callers the call may be recorded and transcribed, and follow the consent laws in their state and the prospect's state. WhisprIQ shows the notice as your opening line to help you remember.
